About me
My name is Yordan Panayotov Yordanov. Wood sculpture is my specialty and my passion.
I was born in Straldzha, Bulgaria in 1962. I finished my secondary education in Secondary Special Art School "Georgi Stoikov Rakovski" in Kotel, Bulgaria specialty "Carving" in 1981 and my higher education in 1996 at the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria specialization "Carving" under associate professor V. Lilov.
I teach "Technology", specialization "Carving" at the National Art Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Since 1996 I am a member of the "Union of Bulgarian Artists" section "Carving".
I have a large number of participations in numerous exhibitions both in Bulgaria and in countries such as Belgium and France.
